Judge’s Choice?! We’re Flattered, Haunted, and Slightly Sticky.

We’re still riding the high (and probably a lingering sugar crash) from Sunday’s Botanical Battle Royale 2025, hosted by the flavor wizards over at Bittercube. What a day. What a crowd. What an absurdly fun way to battle it out with bitters and booze.

We’re beyond honored to have taken home the Judge’s Choice Award for our cocktail ‘Post-Service Séance’—a wild little number that summoned Rooster Rojo Blanco, Heirloom Pineapple Amaro, Alchermes, citrus, and enough bitters to make your third eye twitch.

Huge thanks to the judges for embracing the chaos in a coupe glass, and to Bittercube for hosting one of the most creative, community-fueled events we’ve ever been part of. The level of talent, weirdness, and hospitality on display was unreal—and being recognized among it all is something we won’t take lightly (even if our drink names suggest otherwise).

To our fellow bartenders, the organizers, and everyone who showed up with open minds and open tabs—thank you. These events remind us why we do what we do: to experiment, connect, and maybe freak people out just a little bit in the best possible way.
