Bon Appétit Thinks We’re One of the Best Bars in America- Our Moms Are Gonna Freak.

Welp… Bon Appétit just named us one of the Best New Bars in America for 2025. Crazy, right? We’re honored, grateful, and slightly concerned they drank ‘the drink that comes in the butt glass’ and still went through with it.

Like many inspired bars before us, our aim was to make excellent cocktails, keep the vibe light (and weird), and build a scene that doesn’t take itself too seriously. The fact that Bon Appétit noticed? Just one more surprise we’re still trying to process.

Anyway, huge thanks to their team for the kind write-up—and for publishing the beautiful photo taken by our own, Erika Renee. And as always, the biggest thanks go to our hometown guests—especially those who’ve ordered our playful concoctions without flinching. You’ve turned this little corner bar into something more rewarding than we ever imagined.
